Job Description:
Dentsu is seeking a leader to oversee ad platform operations and guide client digital transformation. The role requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and leadership abilities. As Director, Platforms & Digital Acceleration, you will lead the ad operations team, manage & set up ad platform processes, and spearhead client digital maturity initiatives. You will work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and innovation across digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital ecosystems, ad technologies, and data-driven marketing. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and external partners to foster innovation, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable impact. You will be expected to identify opportunities for growth, implement scalable solutions, and champion best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ad operations and trafficking across multiple platforms ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee user management and standard operating practices for ad platforms
• Drive client digital acceleration & transformation initiatives and provide strategic guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align digital strategies with business goals
• Ensure compliance and best practices in digital execution and platform usage
• Monitor performance and implement improvements across digital operations
• Provide leadership and mentorship to platform and ad operations teams

Experience/Knowledge Required:

• 7+ years of experience in digital media and platform operations
• Expertise in ad trafficking, platform management, and digital strategy
• Strong understanding of ad technologies, tagging, and data integration
• Proven leadership in driving digital transformation and operational excellence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
• Advanced proficiency in digital tools and analytics platforms

Additional information
The salary range for this position is $115k-$125k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
