YOUR MISSION We are looking for an experienced and visionary product leader to drive the end-to-end Footwear creation process — from consumer insight to go-to-market execution. A strategic, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in dynamic environments, builds high-performing teams, and brings clarity to complexity. Lead the full footwear product lifecycle, including concept creation, line architecture, pricing, development, and GTM readiness Translate strategy into clear, consumer-driven product direction Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Development, Sourcing, Merchandising, and Marketing Ensure operational excellence, calendar discipline, and margin-focused execution Drive innovation through digital product creation and sustainable material strategies. YOUR TALENT 10+ years of experience in product creation, merchandising, or sales, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles Deep expertise in footwear or comparable product categories with complex creation processes Strong commercial acumen across wholesale, DTC, and channel strategy Proven ability to leverage consumer and market insights to inform decisions Experience with digital tools, innovation cycles, and sustainability frameworks Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English and strong intercultural competence.
