QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in product management, with at least 10 years in senior product leadership roles within technology organizations. A proven track record of managing complex software platforms, particularly in enterprise environments, is essential.
• Experience in the life sciences or healthcare technology sector is highly preferred, given the specialized requirements and regulatory considerations of IQVIA’s operating environment.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, developer tools, or internal developer platforms is particularly valuable, as is familiarity with agentic AI workflows and modern software development practices.
• deep understanding of software architecture principles, cloud platforms (particularly AWS and Azure), and modern development practices including API-first design, microservices architectures, and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi, and understanding of CI/CD pipelines and developer productivity tools is essential.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, particularly in the context of agentic workflows and automated decision-making systems, is crucial for this role.
• Exceptional leadership skills are required to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across IQVIA’s global organization.
• Experience in leading product organizations through significant technological transitions or platform migrations is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex technical and business requirements into actionable product strategies.

The DevIQ Agent Platform sits at the intersection of internal developer experience and external market opportunity, requiring a visionary product leader who can balance immediate productivity gains with long-term strategic positioning.
