EA’s Production Infrastructure & Engineering (PI&E) organization provides the essential platforms and hosting solutions that power EA’s games and live services. Our mission is to make EA’s games and services available to players anytime, anywhere. To achieve this, we focus on the high availability of infrastructure, live services, and studio services while helping developers innovate quickly through on-demand infrastructure and streamlined workflows in the cloud.
As a Senior Director of Product Management for Infrastructure Business Optimization, you will set the vision and strategy for how we manage cost, capacity, and vendor relationships. You will partner with engineering, finance, and business leaders to create scalable, cost-effective solutions that maximize the value of our infrastructure.
This is a people-leadership role. You will grow a team of product managers, guiding their career development and ensuring success across our portfolio. You will also help us mature our product management practices, build a consistent operating framework, and foster a culture where we learn through experimentation.
