The Senior Director, Product Marketing owns the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and storytelling for a portfolio of products within a solution category. They lead a small team of Product Marketers, ensuring consistent messaging, effective launches, and alignment with cross-functional partners (Sales, Product, CS, Enablement). This role serves as the category-level leader, shaping the narrative, prioritizing investments, and driving measurable impact across pipeline, brand equity, and adoption. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Develop and own the category-level narrative and positioning, ensuring clear differentiation in the market. Partner with Product Management to shape roadmap storytelling and prioritize launch plans. Lead category-level GTM strategy and campaigns in partnership with brand, comms, and demand gen. Manage and mentor Product Marketers, setting priorities and ensuring quality of deliverables. Serve as the primary partner to Sales Leadership, Solution Consulting, and Value Engineering for category-level alignment. Track and report on category-level KPIs tied to pipeline growth, awareness, and adoption. Qualifications Qualifications 10+ years in product marketing or related GTM roles, with proven leadership experience. Strong strategic storytelling and executive communication skills. Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams around GTM priorities.
