SUMMARY:

We’re seeking a hands-on Program Management Leader with deep experience coordinating large-scale, cross-functional product development initiatives across planning, optimization, and enterprise platforms. This leader will track and drive delivery across a dozen concurrent workstreams, many tied to recent M&A integration and greenfield product builds.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years of program or portfolio leadership in complex enterprise software environments
  • M&A integration experience, particularly in tech or product-heavy organizations
  • Familiarity with planning and supply chain software environments (SCM, ERP, etc.)
  • Highly effective communicator with a proactive, operator mindset
Responsibilities
  • Manage 10+ concurrent product and technology workstreams, including Demand Planning, Network Optimization, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Platform integration efforts.
  • Ensure coordinated delivery across engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.
  • Track program dependencies and risk, escalating with urgency when delivery is at risk.
  • Drive structured governance using tools like Jira, Aha!, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and live dashboards.
  • Act as the connective tissue between strategic intent and daily execution across product lines.
