Develop and implement data science strategy and roadmap for the AI-assisted nutrition, health, and beauty in alignment with Business strategy. Responsibilities including but not limited to overseeing data analytics & modeling for target ID and MOA studies by integrating multi-omics and high-throughput screening data; guide development of computational disease models; lead clinical trial data foundation, analytics, and interpretation, ensuring statistical rigor and regulatory readiness; drive data analysis for meta-analyses, systematic reviews, and evidence synthesis & product claims across internal and external knowledge base Foster relationships and actively collaborate with partnering multidisciplinary Science & Research and Business Innovation teams to drive value creation and impact. Define and secure IP related to data models and data science methodologies in alignment with IP Strategy Map the Competitive Landscape and maintain current awareness of industry trends and innovative methodology.
