We are looking for a Senior Director, Registry Transformation to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
The Senior Director, Registry Transformation will have overall responsibility to maintain the shared vision and plan while executing on the design, delivery and completion of a Registry Transformation program.

Reporting to the Vice-President, Registry Operations, other highlights include:

  • Using collaborative facilitation and negotiation with multiple stakeholder groups maintain alignment to the shared Registry Transformation vision including a detailed program plan with quantifiable and measurable outcomes with critical milestones defined.
  • Overall responsibility of the delivery and completion of the Registry Transformation program, including multiple sub-projects under the program.
  • Define and document transformation objectives for the renewal and modernization of the registries.
  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership of the day-to-day management of project activities and deliverables that will be the accountability of the Program Team and of Project Managers.
  • Oversight of the transformation budget, identification of risks and mitigation approaches and the provision of regular progress reporting to the Executive Sponsor, Steering Committee, Working Committee and all relevant stakeholders.
  • Responsible to manage and track the project performance, identify and resolve obstacles and co-ordinate the efforts of the transformation team to achieve the objectives with minimal disruption to the employees, client, customers and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the appropriate internal and external change management strategy, testing, training, and communication plans are developed and executed.
  • Work with the Operational / Technology and Shared Services teams to help design the To-Be organizational structure required to support the transformed system (People/ Process / Technology).

What you’ll need:

  • University degree in business, commerce, finance or similar, with at least 8-10 years of demonstrated experience and competencies in areas that may include but is not limited to any of the following combinations such as strategic planning, program management, service delivery, operations, business analysis, communications.
  • Proven experience in senior leadership positions, delivering complex transformational / renewal / modernization programs that involved multiple projects, stakeholders, clients, and employee groups.
  • Ability to persuade various stakeholder groups to adopt new ways of thinking and accept and support change.
  • Skilled in the facilitation of business process design, business requirements gathering and achieving alignment / consensus across a varied scope of interests and perspectives.
  • Proven ability to break down walls of resistance relative to traditional business process, policy and procedures and advancing contemporary best practices that balance the needs of the customer, client, and operator
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adjust communication style and tailor messages depending on the audience.
  • Utilize proven / effective negotiation skills to achieve alignment across a broad group of internal and external stakeholders with potentially varied opinions and beliefs.
