POSITION:

We are seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Operations to help support our revenue growth ambitions through managing a highly professional revenue operations function. The ideal candidate will have experience in adjacent businesses such as digital, enterprise, or SaaS-based companies.
We are looking for someone who can bring fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to our team which is geographically distributed across Europe, the Middle East and the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for instilling discipline and repeatability in manage the operational aspects of a geographically dispersed sales team that are working on varied, complex and relatively long deal cycles (3 months to 12 months).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in digital, enterprise, or SaaS-based businesses.
  • Experience with companies of similar size and stage to Deltatre.
  • Ability to track performance and reporting of complex sales cycles and a portfolio of products.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Excellent Saleforce skills.
  • Excellent Excel reporting and modelling skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Digital and OTT platform businesses.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement revenue operations strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Oversee and optimize the entire revenue cycle, including sales, customer success, and renewals. Implement strategies to maximize the tracking of revenue growth and improve operational efficiency across the Commercial and Finance teams.
  • Supporting the Sales Executives on managing complex sales cycles: from shorter ones (3-6 months) to 12 months+ for large opportunities.
  • Optimize the tracking and reporting of new business sales as well as existing client revenue growth. Working closely with Salesforce reporting to consistently output performance reporting by region, product type, sales exec etc.
  • Ensure a revenue-growth centric approach in all strategies and operations.
  • Ensure smooth deal flow and help drive accountability and consistent tracking of all Sales and Account Management executives in the business.
  • Analyze and report on key revenue metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts.
