Omada is looking for a Senior Director of Sales Operations to lead and further scale this key function within our organization.This role focuses on every operational aspect of the buyer’s journey by designing, optimizing, and driving performance of the GTM operating system (e.g. data/insights, processes, and technology). The Sr Director of Sales Operations oversees a team of operational talent spanning, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations and channel operations. This is a high impact position in a fast-growing, highly successful organization that offers tremendous room for professional growth. The position reports to the VP of Commercial Operations.

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $216,200 - $270,300, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $206,800 - $258,500. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.

Responsibilities:

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience, in sales operations, revenue operations, or finance, with a focus on optimizing revenue generation activities.
  • Proven ability to drive sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and delivering actionable reporting and analytics.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com and various sales productivity tools; adept at leveraging technology to enhance sales force efficiency.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and establishing a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong ability to derive insights from diverse data sources and operational feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to harness curiosity to identify and drive innovative solutions and strategic insights, proactively seeking out new opportunities and challenges to optimize revenue operations and achieve organizational goals.
  • Experience preparing and scaling a company through high-growth phases, IPO experience is a plus.
  • Strategic leadership style, capable of navigating complex challenges and driving the organization towards achieving ambitious goals.
