Reporting to the Head of Business Development & Sales, responsible for driving business growth for Data Centre and Colocation Services in Singapore and the ASEAN region.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 8 years of business development and sales experience in Data Centre and Connectivity.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain customer and partner relationships.
  • Knowledge of data centre design, infrastructure, M&E systems, cooling technology, and energy efficiency trends.
  • Understanding of data centre networking and connectivity solutions.
  • Awareness of AI and GPU computing trends in relation to data centre development.
  • Ability to project a strong, positive image of the company and build strategic relationships.
  • Skilled in delivering professional sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Business-savvy, adaptable, and a strong team player.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing data centre sales team with deep domain expertise and strong sales capabilities.
  • Maximize revenue from Singtel’s data centre portfolio and achieve 100% occupancy of existing data centres.
  • Identify opportunities, engage strategic customers, and collaborate with regional joint ventures to close deals for new data centres in Johor, Batam, and Bangkok.
  • Lead the team in pursuing deals across Singapore and the region, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.
  • Develop new customer accounts for Nxera by leveraging Singtel’s market share and enterprise customer base.
  • Identify new customer segments and acquire new accounts through alternative strategies.
  • Manage existing account relationships and work closely with the product team to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Singapore Country Manager and product team to increase win rates and achieve 100% occupancy.
  • Execute strategic initiatives and go-to-market programs.
