POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Senior Director to lead the initiative for the Florida Gators in the day-to-day SEC network operations at the University of Florida Athletic Association, Inc. with a creative and innovative approach. The position’s primary responsibilities include producing and directing live broadcasts for platforms of the SEC Network while crewing and organizing broadcasts and serving as a liaison between the UAA, the SEC Network and ESPN. This position requires the incumbent to have strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills; be organized, decisive, self-motivated, and willing to learn; work independently and as part of a collaborative team; multitask effectively; engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds; and work a non-standard work week which will include evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight travel. This posting will remain open until a qualified candidate is chosen.
