Description
Program Design & Curriculum Development Track participation, feedback, and outcomes to measure impact and identify improvement opportunities. Delivery, Facilitation & Coaching Provide relevant pre and post Institute program support (i.e. intake assessments, live-360 stakeholder interviews, various checkpoints). Collaborate and partner closely with the People Team (Talent, Learning & Development) to work with stakeholders to seamlessly transition participants in and out of the Institute for development and capability building. Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, HR Business Partner roles or similar field Proven experience advising and coaching senior leaders; and a strong facilitation background Deep knowledge of leadership development methodologies, assessment tools, and organizational strategy Strong data fluency - able to translate talent analytics into actionable business recommendations Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project-management skills Experience in a global, matrixed organization with multiple lines of business Strategic thinker with the ability to connect talent initiatives to business impact Exceptional influencing and executive-presence skills High emotional intelligence and adaptability in complex environments Collaborative mindset - thrives in working across functions and levels Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving orientation Curiosity and continuous-improvement mindset
