We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director, Software Engineering to lead our Marketing Technology (MarTech) team. This senior leadership role is critical to our growth, responsible for the strategy, vision, and execution of the technology stack that powers our customer acquisition, retention, and personalization efforts.
You will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of software engineers, partnering closely with senior leaders in Marketing, Product, and Data to build scalable, data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • MarTech Strategy: Develop and own the long-term technology roadmap for our marketing technology stack, ensuring it aligns with business goals and enables rapid experimentation and growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and grow a talented team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Execution: Oversee the design, development, and delivery of our MarTech platforms and services, including our Customer Data Platform (CDP), marketing automation systems, CRM integrations, and web analytics infrastructure.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with leaders in Marketing, Data Science, and Product to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful solutions.
  • System Reliability: Ensure the MarTech stack is highly available, scalable, and secure to support Xometry’s global operations.
  • Innovation: Stay current with MarTech trends and emerging technologies, advocating for and implementing new tools and practices that will give us a competitive advantage.
