The Role As a Health, Wealth & Careers (HWC) Solution Advisor, you’ll help multinational organisations solve their most complex people and risk challenges. You’ll shape, sell and deliver integrated global solutions, partnering closely with colleagues across WTW’s Integrated & Global Solutions (IGS) business. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll influence C‑suite decisions, drive commercial growth and bring together capabilities across benefits, retirement, total rewards, wellbeing, M&A, analytics and global delivery. About Integrated & Global Solutions (IGS) IGS supports multinational clients with coordinated, cross‑border people solutions, including: Global benefits management, benchmarking and governance Global retirement strategy, valuations and international pension plans Total rewards insights and compensation benchmarking HR M&A due diligence and integration Global wellbeing, health & risk strategy Actuarial and analytics delivery Scalable global hubs in Manila and Montevideo Data‑driven and AI‑enabled insights that enhance quality and efficiency You’ll draw on these capabilities to create distinctive, integrated solutions for clients worldwide. What You’ll Do Lead and win complex, multi‑solution sales across HWC, delivering $4.5M–$5M USD annually. Build and manage a strong pipeline of integrated opportunities across markets and geographies. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior HR, Reward, Finance and Risk leaders at major global organisations. Expand client relationships and drive growth across additional solution lines and regions.
