QUALIFICATIONS * At least ten years of progressively responsible experience in advancement or nonprofit administration, including a minimum of five years leading teams, budgets, and enterprise operations.  * Experience managing CRM implementations (e.g., Revolution CRM, Engaging Networks, or comparable systems). * Expertise in data infrastructure, analytics platforms, and digital transformation within advancement or mission‑driven organizations; SQL skills preferred. * Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional innovation, building high‑performing teams, and cultivating executive‑level partnerships. * Leadership experience in complex non-profit advancement operations, ideally within a hybird matrixed organization, with strong knowledge of IRS regulations related to charitable giving. * Experience developing data governance frameworks and designing system‑wide processes supported by project management tools. * Proven ability to manage vendor and partner relationships, including contracts and outsourced services. * Track record of driving operational strategies and achieving measurable outcomes. * Experience developing and executing strategic and tactical plans aligned with organizational culture and values. * Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, manage multiple projects, and deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines. * Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment. * Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their strategic application to organizational goals. * Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. * Commitment to the National Trust’s values and mission to preserve places that tell our stories, reflect our culture, and shape our shared American experience.
