Job Duties: Support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Senior Leadership team on key financial growth and investment initiatives, including the Board of Directors, Investor topics, and other CFO priorities. Manage a team of senior professionals - design and drive project execution, provide guidance and feedback, periodically evaluate individual and team performance, manage project budget, and maintain alignment with projected checkpoint and delivery dates. 1. Experience as Finance Leader or CFO with leading a finance function, managing staff, and being responsible for P&L (1 year) 2. Experience building and executing large-scale investment plans, greater than $25M in CAPEX or R&D deployment (1 year) 3. Experience in long range financial planning for complex, global business units (1 year) 4. Experience in deploying business unit or company strategy (for businesses with over $0.5B global revenue), through financial target setting, investment planning and execution measurement (1 year) EOE, including disability/vets. Salary: $298,854.00-371,000.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The total compensation for this position includes standard company benefits and is based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills and experience.
