Description

This role will report to the Honeywell President for Middle East, Türkiye & Central Asia (META) and will be based in Dubai, UAE. The person will have responsibility for developing and executing the growth strategies for all of Honeywell’s Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) in the region. Specifically, responsibilities include: Lead Regional Strategy and Business Development (including major pursuits, strategic accounts, partnerships and localization initiatives) Lead the annual Strategic Planning (STRAP) process for META. In collaboration with local and global SBG leaders, define and drive implementation in META. Partner with Global Regions Strategy & BD leaders to identify areas for Global Regions wide leverage, including cross-regional growth initiatives and best practices sharing Provide cross-business line and cross-divisional leadership in the areas of strategy formulation, country analysis, industry/market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and strategic alliances/partnerships Apply strategic insight and analytical rigor to drive deep-dive market assessments and business case analyses of new, breakthrough growth opportunities and emerging/disruptive industry trends Work hand-in-hand with local and global business leaders to develop executable action plans that support the strategic direction Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching for other members of the Strategy & BD team Lead META Strategic Channel program – identify the key channels, develop mutually agreed plans (MAP) and work directly with the channel portfolio to execute and enable their success Support M&A development and integration in META Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
