Description Overview The Associate Director, Strategy will develop insight-driven marketing strategies that help our clients grow. Working across brand, entertainment, tech and lifestyle accounts, this role collaborates closely with Creative, Social, Production and Account teams to shape integrated campaigns that connect culture, creativity and performance. Responsibilities Lead marketing strategy for assigned accounts, from insight through execution. Develop strategic foundations for integrated campaigns across social, web, digital, experiential and influencers. Analyze client businesses, audiences, performance data, and cultural trends to identify growth opportunities. Translate client briefs into clear agency briefs, strategic narratives, and creative direction. Partner with Creative, Social and Production teams to shape big ideas, digital experiences, and multichannel plans. Provide direction on content strategy and how we can level up concepts to feel optimized per platform Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding strategic decisions tied to business goals and KPIs. Evaluate campaign and experience performance; recommend optimizations and next-step opportunities. Requirements Requirements / Preferences 5+ years of experience in a strategy role within a marketing or creative agency. Strong understanding of social platforms, digital culture, and integrated marketing ecosystems. Proven ability to turn quantitative and qualitative research into actionable insights. Exceptional writing, presentation, and storytelling skills—able to simplify complex ideas. Confident, collaborative, and client-facing with strong interpersonal skills. Strong analytical mindset paired with creativity and curiosity. Compensation / Benefits Annual Salary: $115,000 to $140,000 – The final salary offered will be dependent on factors such as experience, location, and budget. Benefits include generous paid time off, including ten (10) holidays, six (6) sick days annually (for FTE), subsidized health insurance (medical, dental, vision), short/long term disability, fertility/family planning benefits, 401(k) with company match and more. Hybrid schedule; minimum two (2) days per week of remote work (remote if you reside 75 miles from the office).
