JOB DESCRIPTION: The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition – Executive & Corporate will support the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of recruitment strategies for executive leadership and key corporate functions. This role requires a strategic, solution-oriented talent leader who applies strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. The Senior Director will partner closely with HR and business leaders to ensure timely, high-quality hiring outcomes, while helping to develop and maintain pipelines of top talent aligned with the company’s growth objectives and culture. This role will also contribute to process improvement, talent market insights, and the operational effectiveness of the broader Talent Acquisition function. The role is based in Dallas, Texas.
