Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Senior Director, Website & Digital Platforms to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our high-traffic web properties and broader marketing technology ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role guiding a team of developers, UI/UX experts, and analysts to deliver measurable business outcomes that drive growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
You’ll combine technical depth, project delivery expertise, and business acumen to transform our website into a high-performance lead generator — shifting from paid acquisition to strong organic growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of developers and UI/UX experts, fostering a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and collaboration.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes through data-informed decisions, A/B testing, thoughtful experimentation, and continuous iteration — not innovation for innovation’s sake.
  • Bridge technical execution with business impact, clearly articulating trade-offs, risks, and key learnings.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital initiatives ($500K+), partnering with analytics, SEM, UX, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Oversee development lifecycle standards, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable code.
  • Manage vendor relationships and integrations, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with internal standards.
  • Optimize platforms for performance, SEO, accessibility, personalization, and lead conversion.
