About the Role: Canberra Health Services is seeking a dynamic and future focused Senior Director to lead an expanding workforce planning, reporting and systems function at a time of significant opportunity and organisational focus. This role offers a rare chance to shape how workforce planning, data and analytics are understood, valued and embedded across CHS leadership, directly influencing how the organisation plans for and delivers sustainable healthcare. Reporting to the Executive Branch Manager, People and Culture, the Senior Director partners closely with executives and senior leaders to lift workforce capability, strengthen workforce literacy and further mature data informed decision making across CHS. The role provides strategic leadership over workforce analytics and reporting, ensuring workforce data integrity supports operational decisions, statutory reporting and timely responses to executive and government requirements, including Questions on Notice. Leading a specialist multidisciplinary team, this position is central to positioning People and Culture as a trusted, value adding partner to CHS operations. The role balances enterprise wide consistency with flexible, locally responsive workforce solutions, enabling leaders to confidently navigate complexity and deliver frontline outcomes.
