- CMO Strategic Partner: Partner with the Xbox CMO, driving cross-functional planning, executive communications, and strategic alignment across marketing teams. - Platform Narrative Architect: Define and drive the Xbox story across platform touchpoints, ensuring consistency and resonance with developers, creators, and players. - Integrated Marketing Execution: Align messaging and campaigns across hardware, software, services, and developer tools to deliver a unified ecosystem experience. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Xbox Communications, Product, Engineering, Creative, and Business teams to integrate marketing strategies with product roadmaps and business goals. - Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team across developer and ecosystem marketing disciplines. - Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across Xbox marketing executions - Lead regular budget planning meetings to coordinate spend activities and optimize marketing resources. - Represent Marketing in corporate strategy exercises related to long range planning (e.g., mobile strategy). - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 9+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience - OR equivalent experience. - 7+ years in a consumer-facing media or entertainment company, with experience in Marketing strategy and analytics. - 10+ years in marketing strategy & analytics, consulting, or data science, along with a track record of working with senior executives to guide large investment decisions and drive significant change - Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a hypothesis-driven way - Fluency in translating complex data sets into actionable insights for multiple teams and demonstrated ability to drive operational changes - Proficiency in statistical analysis, A/B testing, experimentation as well as visualization tools - Strategic mindset including interpreting data to inform strategy and execution in closer partnership with Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams - Exposure to and understanding of media/entertainment consumer subscription businesses, including expertise in content-driven businesses and metrics - Experience in MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), attribution, marketing measurement, creative optimization, funnel optimization, cohort analyses, regression models etc. - Passion for gaming of all types. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,400 - $303,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
