NTT DATA currently seeks a Senior Disability Financial Underwriter to join our team for a remote position.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree
· 3+ years of underwriting or financial analysis/risk analysis experience
· Comprehensive understanding of risk pool management
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
· Prior experience in underwriting EOI, Life, Dental, and Vision products preferred.
· Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

-The Senior Disability Financial Underwriter prepares a variety of financial reports for all group accounts and provides rationale and support to other areas within the organization and to clients regarding rate computations and financial activity.
-Consults on product and risk strategies.
-Provides expense estimates and accurate analysis of financial exhibits.
-Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
-Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Prior experience in underwriting EOI, Life, Dental, and Vision products preferred.
