We Care Support Services is a values-driven NDIS provider delivering high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community supports to people with complex support needs.

We are seeking compassionate, reliable and skilledSenior Disability Support Workers and Disability Support Workers to join our SIL teams and provide exceptional person-centred support to participants living with disability.

About the Role

As aSenior Disability Support Worker or Disability Support Worker , you will provide high-quality daily support to participants with complex and diverse needs, ensuring services are delivered safely, respectfully and in accordance with participant goals, care plans and NDIS Practice Standards.

Working alongside our SIL Team Leaders, Registered Nurse and leadership team, you will contribute to a positive team culture focused on participant wellbeing, dignity, safety and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

You will support participants with:

- Daily personal activities and independent living skills.

- Community participation and social inclusion.

- Health, wellbeing and personal care needs.

- Following participant routines, care plans and support strategies.

- Accurate progress notes, documentation and communication.

- Medication support in accordance with training and organisational requirements.

• - Safe manual handling, transfers and mobility support.
