We provide domiciliary homecare, and short break opportunities for young people in their own homes and local community.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Children’s Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to children and young people who have a disability, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. This role involves working closely with families, social workers, and other professionals to create a nurturing and supportive environment

  • As a senior support worker you will mentor and support staff within your team. The role is community based requiring you to travel to a number of homes and locations.
  • You will contribute to, and attend meetings related to the Children/Young people you support.
  • You will be supporting Children/ Young people providing domiciliary personal care for individuals within their own home. This involves personal care support including bathing, dressing, medical tasks and interventions for which child specific training will be provided.
  • You will also support individuals to access leisure-based community opportunities.
  • You will need to be diligent and responds to any emerging safeguarding concerns
