Are you passionate about technical leadership and ready to play a key role in developing Denmark’s new Arctic patrol vessels? As Senior Discipline Lead at Semco Maritime, you will drive the electrical installation scope in a nationally significant naval project.

YOUR PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a proactive and responsible engineer with strong technical understanding and hands-on problem-solving skills. You have a structured and quality-focused work approach, excellent communication, and high personal integrity with safety awareness.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A BSc or MSc in marine or electrical engineering
  • Solid experience in shipbuilding or offshore structural projects
  • Familiarity with international classification rules (e.g., DNV, ABS)
  • Knowledge of naval or defence standards is an advantage
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken (Danish is a plus)
Responsibilities

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

As Senior Discipline Lead, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating the electrical installation scope throughout ship production.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Defining and planning electrical installation methods from design to production
  • Leading the production engineering process to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Acting as the technical point of contact internally and with suppliers
  • Supporting procurement with technical input related to equipment and building strategy
  • Ensuring compliance with naval/military and classification standards as well as health, safety, and environmental requirements
