As we expand, we’re looking for a dispatch manager who knows this game inside out—especially when it comes to dealing with brokers and shippers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years experience in dispatch or load planning (asset-based preferred)
• Strong broker/shipper network and experience quoting freight
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian lane rates (especially Midwest, Northeast, and Ontario/Quebec)
• Familiar with TMS systems and load boards (e.g., Truckstop, DAT, Loadlink)
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, no-BS environment

THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Dispatch Manager who understands how to move freight and build relationships. You’ll manage daily dispatch operations while also playing a key role in pricing loads, negotiating with brokers/shippers, and helping us grow high-margin lanes across Canada and the U.S.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain relationships with freight brokers and direct shippers
• Quote and negotiate pricing for TL and LTL shipments in U.S. and Canadian lanes
• Dispatch company trucks and coordinate schedules with drivers
• Ensure compliance with HOS, ELD, safety, and route planning
• Track and trace shipments; provide status updates to customers
• Identify backhaul and round-trip opportunities to maximize revenue
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to forecast load volume
