Position Summary: Senior Dispatch Officer will act as the central communication for Security, overseeing all telephone, radio, and service calls. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Promotes superior guest service. Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. Maintain a daily activity log, recording all occurrences within the facility for which the Security Department presence is required or requested. Act as the main source of communication between Security and Surveillance. Dispatch will monitor and coordinate the activities of all on duty department employees, including assigning them duties as needed throughout the course of the shift. Maintain an adequate amount of supplies needed to perform duties, to include office supplies, forms, etc. Maintain a phone list of all key phone numbers needed for the smooth operation of the department. Accurately maintain the departments call out log, receiving and tracking all notifications of absences or late arrivals to work. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD). Must be employed with Security for 90 days. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. Must be able to write detailed reports in a clear and concise manner. Must be able to communicate clearly over phone and radio. Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours. Must possess a valid Driver’s License. Must be willing to work in a smoking environment. Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures. Work Shift: Grave (United States of America) Wages: This role offers a starting wage of $19.55 per hour. Candidates with relevant experience may be placed higher within the established pay range.
