We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced pharmacy or dispensary technician interested in further developing their hospital career. As the Senior Dispensary Pharmacy Technician, you will lead our dynamic dispensary team at the renowned and fast-paced Epworth Private Hospital in Richmond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily dispensary operations, including dispensing services, prescription collection, and medication counselling
• Support and mentor team members, assisting with training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff and hospital health professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage inventory systems, PBS claims, and QCPP/NDSS compliance
• Monitor and review dispense reports and patient account queries
• Coordinate staff rosters and workload allocation to maintain efficient pharmacy services
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and assist in reporting pharmacy KPIs
