We are looking for an experienced Senior Distribution Engineer to support the delivery of complex electrical distribution projects. This role requires 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in utility distribution engineering, including design leadership, technical oversight, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across design and implementation phases.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in electrical distribution design and engineering
• Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in a Canadian province (e.g., APEGS or equivalent)
• Proven record of delivering large-scale distribution projects in utility or consulting environments

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Strong working knowledge of CYME, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and SAP
• In-depth understanding of distribution planning, feeder routing, load studies, and system upgrades
• Skilled in stakeholder management, reporting, and project documentation
• Experience supervising technical teams and coordinating cross-functional project inputs
