We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Senior Distribution Quality Manager to lead the design and delivery of our Distribution Quality Management strategy. In this newly created role, you’ll ensure our intermediary partnerships are profitable, compliant, and aligned with our values—balancing revenue generation with robust risk management.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, drive due diligence and compliance frameworks, and play a pivotal role in optimising trading relationships that support long-term business success.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven leadership in financial services or insurance distribution
• Deep understanding of UK life market and intermediary channels
• Strong commercial acumen and risk management expertise
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and analytical skills

Qualifications: Minimum CertFP; additional financial services certifications are a plus.
