Description
Manage a territory that is very dynamic in terms of distributor complexity, volume of locations and territory size Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum three (3) years in a commercial assignment and minimum one (1) year in a distributor sales representative (DSR) function OR minimum three (3) years of experience in an outside sales role with distributor responsibility Possess a valid driver's license Strong electrical industry and product knowledge Distribution knowledge and/or experience Strong product line knowledge Strong key channel relationships and demonstrates knowledge of major accounts within the sales territory Understands sales process and channel relationships with limited internal oversight Ability to learn/teach electronic/computer processes Ability to resolve conflict effectively Ability to make regular visits at distributor locations within the territory Ability to establish and build customer relationships within the market area Ability to travel up to 25%
