We’re looking for Senior Advisor, Diversity and Inclusion to support older persons in our Victorian Community.

Some of the ways you’ll make a difference:

• Responsible for the design and delivery of CCDA training (workshops and webinars), conferences, and events, including those in regional Victoria.
• Design and develop regular new resources and maintain existing resources on the CCDA website
• Develop content, research and concepts for the CCDA’s social media posts
• Conduct interviews of leaders in the aged care sector and older persons in the community
• Undertake research and participate in industry thought leadership on diversity and inclusion in aged care
• Manage, the planning and delivery of projects at the CCDA
• Write proposals and grant submissions for business development of the Centre
• Provide advisory and mentoring to aged care providers
• Lead the Diversity Mentoring Program
