Due to continual organisational growth, CPP is seeking an engaging and influential Senior Document Controller to shape, manage and oversee the document control process, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all project documentation, working in our Engineering team.
Lead and manage the document control team, providing guidance and support.
Develop and implement document control procedures and systems.
Ensure all project documentation is accurately recorded, maintained, and updated.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient document management.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Train and mentor junior document controllers.
Manage the distribution and retrieval of documents, ensuring proper version control.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

About You

Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, preferably in the power or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of document control systems and software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
