Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in Germany, we are currently recruiting for a Senoir Document Controller to join our Data Centre team in Frankfurt. With a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner & Townsend. Responsibilities: Act as a key interface, maintaining a comprehensive overview of all information and documentation processes Structure and organize efficient end-to-end processes among all stakeholders, including internal departments, external planning teams, and project management Provide leadership and guidance; fostering a collaborative, efficient, and high-performance team environment Coordinate all project documents, documentation, and manuals; Review and update technical documents Ensure the quality of documents, create master lists, and facilitate the exchange of information and data maintenance Prioritise and manage tasks and teams to meet deadlines, ensuring efficient document flow across various project phases and responding dynamically to changing project requirements Generate, analyse, and present detailed reports on document status, activities, and compliance to support project management and inform strategic decision-making Qualifications University degree, preferably with a technical background Proven work experience as a Lead Document Controller or similar role Several years of practical experience in document management within the construction industry Strong analytical, structural, and organizational abilities Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to communicate effectively at all levels High affinity for IT, with experience in document management systems Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client Availability for on-site work English and German language skills Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
