Main tasks / responsibilities Support document control activities across the project and ensure Good Documentation Practice (GDP) is followed. Create placeholders in the internal QMS in coordination with WPOs, project members, and Eng. Partners. Initiate the approval workflow and verify document metadata in the internal QMS upon project members requests. Support department SharePoint administration (page updates, user-permission). Transfer VTOP, CTOP and As-Built documents into the internal QMS (Vault Quality), with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. Maintain and update trackers to monitor handover documentation progress. Perform quality consistency checks on handover deliverables. Support training and develop procedures for current and upcoming IT platforms used in project execution. Provide document archiving support in KeepIT. Act as EIDA super user – manage workflows and user control in EIDA and SharePoint. Qualifications Education Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering, IT, Business Administration or similar Experiences 5+ year’s experience in similar position. Knowledge of EDMS, QMS. Proven grasp of MS Office tools (mandatory), MS Power Platform tools (plus) Ability to work within a team environment and on own initiative. Highly organised with strong attention to detail is essential. C Personal profile Having good communication skills is a must to succeed. Stakeholder management skills for broad area of various educational and cultural backgrounds. Success criteria Successful development of DK-IN documentation team on project, ensuring good international collaboration on current and future projects On-time delivery of all documentation to client and suppliers throughout project execution Senior project managers at ease that documentation is in compliance and on plan. Robust documentation system set up in project, and all project members are trained in correct usage. Innovation and initiative Gathering and evaluating feedback on documentation challenges across all disciplines to suggest changes to the IT platforms. Being open minded to new ways for data handling/controlling with usage of AI too. Communication and stakeholders Internal- Convey, adapt, influence on all levels within project. Responsibilities
