From highways to airports, your work will help connect communities and build resilience across the state.   About the Role You’ll work on landmark projects in the Road and Rail sectors, plus a mix of smaller initiatives that keep things fresh. With major transport infrastructure wins already under our belt, now’s the time to join a team that’s shaping Queensland’s infrastructure future. This role can be based in our Brisbane or Sunshine Coast office, where you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading engineers and grow your technical expertise. You will be: * Designing innovative drainage systems for civil infrastructure projects. * Leading and coordinating design elements to meet project goals and client expectations. * Partnering with Principal Engineers on large-scale projects and owning your deliverables. * Producing high-quality design reports and drawing packages.   About You * A degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Bachelor or Masters). * A minimum of 3 years’ experience in drainage design, preferably for transport infrastructure projects. * Knowledge of Austroads guidelines, TMR standards and specifications, ARR and QUDM Experience with rail drainage standards and specifications would also be a plus. * Hands-on experience with stormwater and drainage design (open channels, culverts, pit and piped systems). * Proficiency in tools like 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC— use of dynamic drainage within 12D and/or experience with TUFLOW is a bonus! * A positive, team-first attitude with a passion for technical excellence and innovation. * Great communication skills and a drive to make a difference. * RPEQ accreditation (or working towards it) is highly regarded.   Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
