JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education / Qualification : Diploma in Draughtsman (Civil).
• Experience: Min 8 years in the similar industry and position.
• Hands on experience in Revit.

Experience:

• Civil Draughtsman : 8 years (Required)

• Draft and Prepare Design Plans using CAD software and other drafting software. Layout the drawings of the given structures and specifications required.
• Prepare Post-Tension Drawings based on the detailed structural design and submit Design and drawings to Main Contractor for approval by Consultant/Authority in line with the procedures.
• The Design Procedure start with the input data to the suitable software, specifying the necessary parameters and check the output.
• Prepare the Post-Tension Submittal (Structural Calculations and Drawings) based on the approved Analysis and Design and forward to the PTD Manager for verification and approval.
• Provide the required clarifications to comments raised by the Client / Consultant / Main Contractor, if required carry out the necessary changes and re-submit the Post-tension Drawing to the Client / Consultant through the Main Contractor, through a formal covering letter.
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
