• Executing strategies to maintain the building, contents and grounds with particular attention towards fire life safety, electrical systems, security and asset protection.
• Execute objectives outlined in Engineering Business Plan
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and HIDs (standard operating procedures).
• inspect repairs and maintain HVAC, air quality control and refrigeration equipment
• Maintain and conduct periodic inspections of the mechanical plant, systems and equipment.
• Monitor and control property temperature, analyse energy and utilities usage via the BMS.
• Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring
• Assemble, install and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings and valves including routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Drive synergies with key departments and stakeholders
• Supports and innovates energy, water and waste conservation program
