Description
  • ather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce initiatives
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create current-state and future-state process maps
  • Perform detailed gap analysis between existing capabilities and desired business outcomes
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements
  • Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for Salesforce development teams
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and architects to evaluate solution options and ensure requirements are technically feasible
  • Work closely with QA teams to develop and validate test scenarios against approved requirements
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
