Are you passionate about crafting innovative CRM solutions and mentoring others to grow? Centrica Energy is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer to lead the customization and integration of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform. You will play a pivotal role in shaping scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM systems while guiding junior developers and collaborating across teams. If you are a seasoned developer with strong problem-solving skills, DevOps experience, and a deep understanding of CRM technologies, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing customized CRM solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation. You will lead technical development, mentor junior team members, and ensure our systems are robust, scalable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices related to Dynamics 365 CE and associated technologies.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of CRM solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 CE platform, including entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Lead the development of integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other enterprise systems using Azure services, APIs, and third-party tools.
