What you’ll do Work within an agile squad to design, build, test, and deploy solutions on Dynamics 365 CE and Customer Portals Write clean, maintainable code and configuration across Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service Build Power Platform components including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI dashboards Create custom workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards aligned to business needs Deliver integrations using RESTful APIs and related patterns Support sprint ceremonies, track progress, and collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery partners Experience Strong proficiency across the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, especially CE, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Portals Hands on configuration and custom development with Power Platform Solid SQL and data integration knowledge including APIs and REST services Experience with unit and integration testing and working in agile sprints Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to work on site when required Hybrid and flexible work options to support balance Structured learning pathways, certification support, and career acceleration programs Inclusive culture with communities of practice and internal tech challenges Exposure to large scale programs and modern tooling Compensation: Permanent AUD 165,000 to 210,000 plus super.
