Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and customisation
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 (CRM, Customer Services, Sales and Marketing)
- Strong knowledge of C# .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL
- Proven experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages), including Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management
- Proven experience of the Dynamics and PowerPlatform
- Familiarity with Azure Services
- Working with and within DevOps practices
- Understanding and managing enterprise size Dataverse instances
- Expert in tools and usage of XRM Toolbox
- Eligible for SC Clearance
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to work for our client within the technology sector. This is initially a 4-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a fully remote role.
As a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer (primarily customer service, marketing, and sales), you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance our business processes. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of Dynamics 365 applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and development of custom solutions within Dynamics 365, ensuring they meet business needs and align with best practices
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation
- Customise and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business requirements
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 applications
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and integration activities
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
