Principal Accountability (include but not limited to the followings): Key Responsibilities Develop and grow the eCommerce marketplace business for strategic brand partners. Build Luxasia’s eCommerce service provider business on the key marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, etc Campaign management and onsite investment planning along-side brand teams Demand planning & inventory planning with brand partners Maximize onsite exposure for the brands including day-to-day events as well as mega campaigns End-to-end execution of eCommerce operations and seller center systems, supported by the team Visual merchandizing and store management including utilizing seller tools Maintaining store ratings and KPIs tracked by marketplaces Coordination with the warehouse and operations team & solving ad-hoc problems Data reporting and analysis including competitor benchmarking Strong communication & coordination between internal teams, brand partners and platforms Building the optimal traffic, onsite marketing, promotion and assortment strategy Building relationships with principals, brand management teams and marketplaces Assist in developing operational processes and tools to improve scalability Ability to think outside the box and test run new projects Education/Experience : Have a Bachelor's Degree in business-related fields and an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations Have at least three (2-3) years proven experience in E-Commerce or digital marketing in an FMCG setting or with an E-Commerce provider Past experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada/Shopee and hands on experience with Seller Center portal. Skills Required : Strong analytical mindset and comfort in generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent Luxasia in external meetings Client management Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with teams as appropriate Ability to work under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and prioritize responsibilities. Campaign planning & marketing Digital/social marketing experience is a bonus eCommerce supply chain experience is a bonus Key Success Factors: Excellent communication skills – internal & external stakeholder management.
