Road Runner Sports is looking for a results-driven, digital-savvy Senior e-Commerce Manager to take our online business to the next level.
As our Senior e-Commerce Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our website strategy, customer experience and journey optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, UX, IT, and operations teams to ensure our digital storefront not only looks great—but sells like crazy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience managing a high-traffic e-Commerce website, preferably in consumer retail, footwear, sporting goods, or apparel
  • Hands-on experience with major e-Commerce platforms, experience with VTEX a plus but not required
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, heatmaps, A/B testing platforms, and performance dashboards
  • Deep understanding of site merchandising, UX best practices, and conversion rate optimization
  • 3rd Party Marketplace experience strongly desired but not required
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with experience collaborating across marketing, creative, merchandising, IT, and operations teams
  • Comfortable writing business requirements and working closely with developers and technical teams
  • Strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality and accuracy
Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day operations of RoadRunnerSports.com, ensuring a smooth, high-performing, conversion-optimized e-Commerce experience
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and analyze customer segmentation, personalization, seasonal campaigns & product launches
  • Monitor website KPIs and make ongoing improvements based on performance data
  • Lead optimization efforts for on-site search, navigation, mobile experience, merchandising, and checkout flow
  • Work with development and IT teams to scope, QA, and launch new website features & functionality to enhance the customer experience and drive incremental revenue
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on email, paid media, and SEO strategies that drive qualified traffic
  • Act as a key stakeholder in platform roadmap development and enhancements, analytics tools, and personalization engines
  • Conduct A/B testing and user experience research to improve the customer journey and increase conversions
  • Manage product data accuracy, pricing changes, and seasonal catalog transitions in coordination with merchandising and creative teams
  • Stay up to date on, and share with the organization, e-Commerce trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging technologies
