Job Title: Senior E-commerce & Online Shop Manager
Company: Persian Horizon – UAE/Iran
Location: United Arab Emirates / Iran
Salary: From AED 10,000 monthly + bonus and sales commission based on daily sales and monthly target performance

Job Responsibilities

  • Full management of launching, developing, and selling the company’s online shop
  • Market research, selection and procurement of goods/services, and establishing supplier relationships
  • Designing and implementing advertising strategies on Google, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, and Affiliate Marketing platforms
  • Managing the content team, store operators, technical, and advertising staff; ensuring coordination and effective communication between departments
  • Supervising and improving shipping, logistics, customer relations, sales policies, and branding
  • Producing, evaluating, and publishing textual and visual content aligned with campaigns and organizational goals
  • Establishing and developing Affiliate Marketing systems and partner-based sales models
  • Creating daily and monthly analytical reports on sales performance, leads, and campaigns
  • Acquiring high-quality leads and managing the process of converting them into sales
  • Managing customer contracts, pricing policies, and customer support

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of management experience in online shops and e-commerce, preferably with international background
  • Full proficiency in digital marketing, content production, and online sales systems
  • Practical experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce/Custom CMS) and digital advertising tools
  • Proven ability in lead generation, team management, and negotiation with suppliers and clients
  • Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing and modern network-based sales methods
  • Strong skills in organization, strategic planning, data and market analysis, creative and customer-oriented thinking
  • Team-building spirit, staff management, and cross-team communication
  • Ability to provide continuous reporting and analysis of sales and advertising KPIs
