Role Summary: We are hiring a Senior E-Commerce Product Manager to lead product ownership for one of the world’s largest FMCG groups’ flagship, in-house e-commerce platform. This role demands a seasoned product leader with a strong technology backbone, deep Magento expertise, and a proven ability to drive large-scale digital commerce products. Marketplace-only or marketing-heavy profiles will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Lead the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for a *high-traffic, Magento-based global e-commerce platform. Work hand-in-hand with engineering, architecture, UX, QA, and data teams to deliver enterprise-grade releases with precision and speed. Build and manage a disciplined product delivery engine: requirements, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, performance tracking. Own platform stability, scalability, integrations, and innovation, aligned with global FMCG digital commerce standards. Provide strong leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of 20–30 tech, UX, and e-commerce professionals, ensuring accountability, clarity, and delivery excellence. Use analytics, customer insights, and experimentation to continuously elevate conversion, UI/UX, and overall site performance. Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, commercial, and finance teams to ensure seamless commerce execution. Requirements 7–10+ years of deep e-commerce technology experience, with direct ownership of an in-house e-commerce product. Advanced Magento expertise — architecture understanding, integrations, workflows, and technical constraints at scale. 7+ years of leading and managing large technology teams* end-to-end (engineering, QA, product). Demonstrated success delivering complex, high-volume e-commerce platforms with strict timelines. Strong career stability with demonstrated progression, not frequent job switching. Ability to work *EST hours* and be onsite 4 days a week. Preferred: CS/IT degree, Scrum/Agile certifications, experience in global or multi-market digital commerce ecosystems. Not a Fit Marketplace-focused (Amazon, Alibaba, Daraz) or marketing-led profiles. Candidates without strong Magento and tech delivery leadership. Short tenure profiles or those without experience managing large engineering teams. This role is full-time, on-site and based in Karachi, Pakistan
