Work Setup: Hybrid Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City Shift: Nightshift with fixed weekends off Non-negotiable Requirements: At least 5 years of in-house e-commerce product management experience Strong English communication skills College level with TOR Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the PH Web Management team by effectively coordinating priorities and workloads across all web functions. Take charge of the web optimization roadmap, transforming US business requests into clear, actionable tasks. Craft detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure all web changes are sprint-ready and impactful. Serve as the vital link between the team and engineering, expertly managing handoffs and tracking sprint outcomes. Partner closely with Merchandising to drive successful campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and category strategies. Collaborate with the Analyst to co-own the experimentation roadmap—planning tests, sequencing experiments, and delivering insightful reports. Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Perform competitive analysis and market benchmarking (with management approval) to strategically inform and enhance the roadmap.
