About the Role We are looking for a driven Senior E-commerce Sales Specialist to manage and grow Aonic’s global eCommerce presence while supporting our reseller network. This role is a combination of eCommerce platform management and reseller network coordination. You will handle Alibaba.com and other potential global B2B platforms, driving online sales through strategic campaigns, marketplace optimization, and direct online pitching to international buyers. You will also support reseller engagement to expand market reach. Key Responsibilities Manage Aonic’s Agriculture and Industrial stores on Alibaba.com and other global marketplaces, ensuring accurate product listings, optimized content, and store performance. Plan and execute promotional campaigns for major sales events, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to maximize impact. Engage in online pitching and business development with global buyers to drive inquiries and sales. Conduct competitor analysis and gather customer insights to inform pricing, product strategy, and marketing initiatives. Develop internal processes and workflows for scalable global eCommerce operations. Track eCommerce metrics using analytics tools, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure logistics, delivery, and after-sales support meet global standards. Support and coordinate with reseller partners to drive international sales. About You Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce platform management (Alibaba, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or other global marketplaces). Experience in online pitching or digital business development for B2B or B2C audiences. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, structured, and execution-focused, with a commercial mindset.
